Association Dues

By now you should have received a Billing Statement notifying you of your payment due and any outstanding balance that you may have. Please make note of the Due Date and your outstanding balance, if you have one, because after that date, Late Fees will be applied to your account. If you have an outstanding balance and have made no arrangements with the Board to make payments, please be aware that a letter will be sent to your house stating the circumstances of non-payment and the next steps that will be taken, including taking legal action if necessary.

Please note that you do not need to wait for a statement to be mailed to you house. If at anytime you would like to know your balance, just log onto the Green Ridge Home Owners Website below:

If you do not have a login, please contact a Steven or Diane to request one at anytime.

HOA Picnic

We are excited to mention that Green Ridge is having a 2010 HOA PICNIC, and everyone is invited!!!  This will be an event for the whole family with activities and laughs for everyone.  The place that this will be taking place is at Lions Park on Saturday, July 31st.

We will be sure to pass on more details in the near future.

A committee is in the process of being formed but we need your help.  If you would like to participate and help us plan this event please contact anyone of the board members.

Keeping Our Community Clean

As you may have noticed, on garbage day, garbage tends to get blown around.  We ask residents to help keep our community looking clean by picking up stray trash.  We can also keep blowing trash to a minimum by putting recycle bins with unsecured trash in them out the morning of trash day, instead of the night before.  Also, please make sure that all small or loose garbage (even if it is in the garbage can) be placed in a plastic bag so it cannot blow around the streets on windy days.

If you are a dog owner please be aware that you MUST clean up after your dogs.  The area around the ponds and other public areas are being used for the purpose of dog walking.  It is your responsibility to clean up after your dogs on other resident's private property because it has been and still is a problem.  In addition it is a village ordinance that dogs be kept on leashes and be cleaned up after, or the owner could be fined.

Also, please be advised that large objects thrown in empty fields are not only unsightly, but also causes a problem for our lawn service crew.  These objects can cause damage to their equipment, which may result in higher cost for our community if we are liable for the repairs.  In addition, if you put grass clippings in these empty fields, please scatter them so our lawn service personnel do not run into problems, and please do not throw grass clippings into the street as it may clog the sewers.

Green Flag

If you haven't noticed yet a NEW American Flag has been added to our flag pole and can be seen from the front of our community off Route 30.  In addition to that we are going to add another flag with the Green Ridge Logo once it is completed as well.

Green Ridge Announcements

If you have any announcement you would like to submit to the community, please contact the board.  We would love to have you share local news or upcoming events with the community.  We would also like to announce new residents to our community in the quarterly news letter, to help our neighbors get to know one another and to help welcome them to the Green Ridge community.

Green Ridge Businesses or Services Offered

If you have a business or service you would like to announce or share with the community, we can post your listing in our quarterly news letter.  Please email one of the board members your business information and we will add your business to the Green Ridge newsletter. This is intended for Green Ridge Residents only, thanks.
