Thank you for your interest in the Waterman Farmer’s market.

The markets are scheduled for rain or shine & will not be re-scheduled.

A non-refundable fee for each date selected is to accompany this agreement.

Space is not reserved until the fee & agreement are received.

 LOCATION :   Waterman State Bank parking lot,  State Route 30

TIME:  8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  (NO EARLY PULL OUTS)

Participant is responsible for set-up and clean-up of space reserved.

Participant is responsible for bank & monies exchanged in sales.

I fully release & forever discharge Waterman State Bank

and there volunteers and employees

from any & all claims for injuries, damages and loss that may arise.

I understand the above conditions and will abide by all of them.
